Fonda OS started as a private working base for context, projects, notes and decisions.
The point is not to build a perfect second brain. The point is to reduce repeated explanation, preserve useful context and turn scattered work into public proof.
Fonda OS is private. It can contain messy notes, half-formed ideas and sensitive context.
rowanfonda.com is public. It should publish the curated layer: writing, projects, lessons and useful systems.
AI tools get more useful when the context is real.
A private operating base helps capture that context. A public site helps turn the work into evidence.
The system has to produce output.
If Fonda OS becomes organisation theatre, it is failing. If it helps ship posts, projects, tools and better decisions, it is working.
